Very impressed with our meal at Tandoor last night. We had feta cheese, herbs, and walnuts starter which was an amazing combination of flavors that really worked. A really tasted grilled halloumi. Amazing naan breads fresh cooked in front of us in a Tandoor in the restaurant (top tip if you are feeling cold sit next to it). We then moved on to a lamb and aubergine stew and grilled vegetable skewers, the stew was amazing and my wife was very impressed with the grilled vegetables. We finished off with an amazing frozen dessert made with rice noodles and rose water which you then squeezed fresh lemon over. All of this with some amazingly friendly service. We will certainly be going back to try other parts of the menu.

Here at Tanoor Persian Cuisine, we serve authentic Persian food with a diverse range of dishes to cater to individual preferences. In Farsi, ‘Tanoor’ is the name of a clay oven that is used to make fresh bread. As a representation of our name, we have placed a Tanoor within the restaurant where customers can enjoy the view of their bread being freshly made as they dine in. We also welcome customers to join in and make some bread with us! We are proud to be the only Persian cuisine in Worcester Park and enjoy meeting all our local customers as well as those that travel to dine with us.
