Chef Lindsay teaches in a way that many have not experieced before. She is able to instill natural cooking instinct by taking a guided hands on approach for informative and inspiring lessons. Whether you’re a beginner or an accomplished home chef, this is a chance to learn fun new recipes, add to your repertoire, or just enjoy a fun culinary experience you’ll long remember.
IN THE KITCHEN WITH CHEF
Enjoy an opportunity to see behind the doors into the Nirvana Kitchen with an intimate class lead and planned by Chef Lindsay and her charismatic personality. Classes limited to 12 people and are perfect for team building, executives or an exclusive experience with a small group. Chef leads these classes with hands on learning and no recipes in a way to get students out of their heads, get their hands dirty, and cook with their senses. This enables them to use ingredients to make great dishes time and time again without the need for recipes. Her patience, tips, and techniques are for all skill levels and will leave you equipped with the tools to successfully execute your next meal or gathering with ease.

Zoom online courses provide a myriad of menu options for an in home experience. Perfect for a group of friends celebrating from afar, a company team-building experience, an outside the box customer appreciation event, a family meet-up from across the country, or an excellent way for couples to celebrate friendship. Enjoy being in the comfort of your own home kitchen as Chef Lindsay leads you from hers to allow for real life obstacles. With the option to make the experience even more exceptional, we will deliver a basket to each attendee portioned and sourced from our superior purveyors of all the goods needed for the class includingitems we may make in-house that go with your meal from our Nirvana Market and paired with a bottle of wine for the menu Chef curates just for you. Imagine everyone opening up a box, unpacking together, cooking while getting step by step live guidance with tips, tricks and techniques for a three course meal, all with the timing and planning our chef emulates in the kitchen with grace and ease.
CORPORATE AND TEAM BUILDING
From charcuterie making, a summer meal, appetizers, a simple family dinner or a comfort food, Chef Lindsay demonstrates to larger groups how great food can be done with grace and ease when the right planning and steps are taken to execute a great meal. Hosted in the dining room, rooftop or as an offsite demonstration of your choosing, you will be inspired to get yourself in the kitchen after she shares her 25 years of making blissful recipes.
