I’ve had Persian food in 23 countries and become an expert when it comes to all food Persian. To be honest, I didn’t have high expectations going in... because all other Persian restaurants in Turkey just sucked. The first impression... this place is extremely beautiful and the best date restaurant in town. If I knew I would have brought a female friend, instead of a male friend .,. I got the Kabāb-e Barg and Jujeh Kabab with rice. Fesenjān and rice. This was the best Persian food I had in a very long time. Every aspect of every dish was perfection. I ran back here before my flight to London, so do lunch... I got the Mirza Ghassemi and Kabab Koobideh... once again everything was perfect. Never in my life, have I been to a Persian restaurant... that does every dish perfectly. Not in London, not in Los Angeles, and not in Tehran. This place is probably one thing I will miss most about Istanbul.
I know there is a lot of hype about this place but it wasn't out of this world. The neighborhood was stretchy. There are no places that are unsafe in Dubai but I wouldn't want to walk through that crowd again. We took the subway/metro to get there and it's just 2 mins walk from the Fahadi stop. The restaurant doesn't accept credit cards. The soup however was good but there were barely any chicken pieces. So if you can drive to this place or are in the neighborhood, go ahead. Since I am not from Dubai, I can't recommend other options.
The best Persian food I’ve had in London, not to mention some of the best services I’ve ever received at a restaurant. The owner and waiter were so friendly and we had a lovely chat. The food was cooked by a very experienced chef whose been in the game for over 45 years. The best Koobideh I’ve ever had, literally the meat melted in my mouth and was so juicy and full of flavor. Can’t wait to come back, we traveled from far just to come here and did not disappoint.
Great restaurant! I am not vegetarian and I love the food here. Flavorful and healthy! We went on a weekday and they close from 3-5 pm, so keep that in mind. We got there around 2:30 pm and didn't want to rush eating so we ordered take-out and walked to the nearby park to eat. Best Vegetarian Restaurant in San Diego!
Persian kebob and the atmosphere at this spot are really excellent. The service was very welcoming and sociable. Prices are decent for the quality. The owner who was a very nice gentleman walked up to every single table last night and greeted all of the guests. Great Cleanliness, Ambience, Service, Price!
